Maglocks wont secure after power outage

Hi All 

Have a query , maglocks wont secure back after a power outage but only has happened on one floor the other 4 are ok , can anyone advise ?

Maglocks are Extra Low voltage (12/24v) So they are usually powered from a power supply (Usually a large white box) I would suggest you find it and make sure it has mains going to it, (Usually a small green light) the other possibility is that it has batteries and these have gone flat and are dragging the power supply down

There is also the vague possibility someone has pressed one or all of the green manual override points
