Fire door latches

Hi I'm looking for advise we are currently working nursing home doing snagging work on the doors. We have been instructed to fit latches to doors leading to stair well these doors are fitted with closer and magna lock would anyone be able to advise what latch this would be I've attached images of door?

I would have thought the maglock is the latch but you should post this on Fire Doors and Accessories where Neil is likely to catch it and I am sure he could provide the advice you need.
