Self Closing Fire Doors

Hi

My apartment has a small landing which is shared with another apartment there is a fire door which allows access and egress which has a fire do FD30. Do the 2 apartments need to have self closing devices on them.The 2 apartments doors are fire doors with no self closing devices on them.
