Guest Panshine Posted March 25, 2018 Report Posted March 25, 2018 If the agent of a block of purpose built Leasehold apartments arranges for a fire alarm test to take place other than the weekly test. Should the agent, by law have to inform the residents of any such tests. Quote
Tom Sutton Posted March 26, 2018 Report Posted March 26, 2018 No, only the common areas are subject to The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 therefore you have no control over the tenants except through the tenancy agreements. However I believe it would be a good idea to let them know whats going on to prevent accidents if they panic.
