We are a joinery company and we are unsure if grained doors are of FD30 Standard? Because usually FD30 has to be 44mm in thickness, so if the grain is thinner, the door is no longer 44mm. Please help.

You are correct but it is possible to get thinner doors which meet FD30 standard, but unusual, if you cannot get any documentation to prove they are FD30, then stick with the 44mm rule.
