eleanor osbourne Posted January 9, 2018 Report Posted January 9, 2018 Hi, could some one please give some advise I have tried to check with approved document B but cant seem to find anything in relation to are situation , we have 2 separate toilets on the 1st floor above are proposed restaurant the toilets are situated along the passageway of the fire exit and need to know if we are required to install fire doors to the toilet entrance. when we purchased the building the doors to the toilets had been damaged so have to be replaced thankyou Quote
Tom Sutton Posted January 10, 2018 Report Posted January 10, 2018 It will depend on your fire risk assessment, is there a fire risk in the toilets if not then fire doors will not be necessary, if there is then fix fire doors. Quote
