Fire closures

Can someone help new clousures have been fitted on the fire doors to my front door they are very difficult to open and allow me 1.03 to get through the door before they close. Are there any regs out there that say how long these doors should take before closing

I assume you are refering to fire door self closer and you need to explain more fully the type that is fitted.
