How to measure closing force of door closers?

On the various power sizes in table 1 of BS EN 1154 for closing moment Nm max. parameters. Where is this moment taken on the door?
i.e. central or at the end.

Hi Rob

In general, a moment (or torque) can be taken at any point along the width of the door and calculated by multiplying the distance (in meters) of that point from the centre of the axis (hinge) with the closing force measured (in Newton).
