Heights of kerbs for fire exits

Hi I don't know if anyone can help but I wondered if it is written anywhere what the maximum height of a step would be through a fire exit?

I can't find any info on this if anyone can help me I would be grateful

Approved document K has the recommended rise and going for stairs, which should apply to this situation. For stairs, 220mm is the maximum rise that people are expected to negotiate safely (BS5295-1:2000)
