DarrenSt Posted Monday at 14:43 Report Posted Monday at 14:43 Hi all, I have a house changing use into offices. It’s a classic small 1980s terraced townhouse. Flat roof. The maximum amount of people in the building will be 10. At the moment there is a front door and the back door on the ground floor. The back door goes out to a closed off garden. On the flat roof, there is a roof light. The flat roof is shared with 4 other houses. Do I need to have a set of stairs going up to the roof light and change it to a door for an emergency exit. When on the roof do I have to arrange for stairs to go down from the flat roof to the street? The house is in a conservation area. Not sure what to do. Quote
