Security fire door between garage and utility with airtightness and thermally broken with low u-values

We are looking for a door/frame between our garage and utility for our newbuild energy efficient home. It has to be a security fire door, airtight, thermally broken with low U values. Looking for recommendation of any products which would fulfill the above needs. Thank you very much
