Porch in ground floor flat converted Victorian house

Hi, 

Do we need to have a fire door in a porch of a ground floor flat in a converted Victorian house?  I’ve attached the plan for reference.

If it’s part of the regulation, can you guide me where I find it?

If that's just an external door, then based on the picture it does not require to be a fire resisting door set.
