Fire door

I live in one of the two upstairs flats, am I required to have FD30 firedoor  under the the regulatory reform (fire safety) order 2005???

Since you have a shared landing, yes

I thought The Order applies to almost all buildings, places and structures other than individual private homes – that's individual flats in a block or family homes.  not to question your knowledge. But does that not apply here??

The external walls and arguably the landing do come under the Order
