Guest Kittyg80 Posted April 9, 2023 Report Posted April 9, 2023 We just had a FRA done on the communal area of a converted Victorian property. One of the recommendations was to get the main door of the building (not internal fire door) checked for compliance. When I asked about this, it was mentioned that we would need to replace or cover all the original glass in and around the door. Does anyone know what the regulations are for final exit doors if they don’t need to be fire doors? I can’t find anything about this online. Except that they should not have a key to open. We are in the middle of selling our flat and we’re worried that trying to get this sorted will delay everything. Thanks! Kitty Quote
