Old / Nominal Fire Doors

Hello there, I was wondering if you could give me some advice please.
We live in a block of 2x6 flats that were constructed in around 1991/92 and my question is regarding the absolute legal requirements regarding each flats entry door.
The doors have no fd30 markings, they are 6 panel doors and around 44mm thick and heavy, with no intumescent strips, 3 hinges and perko closers and a standard letterbox with a spyhole.
Any advice you could offer would be appreciated.

If a competent fire door risk assessor judges that it's liable to be to the standard at the time and is in suitable condition it's likely to be fine, especially of the original door (which would have expected to be a fire door)
