Guest Peter R Posted July 27, 2022 Report Posted July 27, 2022 The corridor and several doors off the escape route corridors have gaps exceeding 3mm however, it is not possible to replace them due to the building listing. The doors have very deep rebates and I have been told that this will be sufficient to restrict the passage of smoke. Is this correct Quote
Neil ashdown Posted August 17, 2022 Report Posted August 17, 2022 In terms of cold smoke, probably not. Do the doors have cold smoke seals and intumescent fire seals fitted? Quote
