Historic building fire doors

The corridor and several doors off the escape route corridors have gaps exceeding 3mm however, it is not possible to replace them due to the building listing.

 

The doors have very deep rebates and I have been told that this will be sufficient to restrict the passage of smoke.

In terms of cold smoke, probably not.  Do the doors have cold smoke seals and intumescent fire seals fitted?
