A mid terrace house converted to 6 flats over three storeys in 2005 should be subject to building regs. It would therefore not come under LACORS, so would it then come under 'Purpose Built Block' guidance? (although a conversion have been converted to purpose built flats)? Im mainly interested so I can ascertain the need / no need for detection! Many thanks as always. Quote
